requirements with locally available independent professionals. You can book a cleaner in a few clicks
or browse hourly rates, years of experience, profiles, ratings and customer reviews before choosing
one that is just right for you.
TidyChoice fully vets all housekeepers so that they can be trusted. We interview each cleaner face-
to-face and carry out background checks. All house cleaners and housekeepers have at least six
months relevant experience and we continuously gather feedback to make sure high standards are
maintained.
We attract the best professionals because we optimise their earning. As an online marketplace we
cut out agency fees so that you get the best value for money. You hire your cleaner directly, so you
always get the same cleaner each time.
Through our App you can easily manage your bookings online. Payments are made in arrears after

In 2014, our founders tried out some of the new glitzy, venture capital-backed online agencies. You
may know them, they all begin with “H”. They promised a convenient new online solution.
Whilst the online booking process was great, the overall experience was disappointing. Cleaners
seemed poorly motivated and cleaning standards were not up to scratch. It seemed like the “H” club
had merely taken the traditional agency model online, added a slick front-end and tried to scale it.

Our founders thought that it would be great if people could go online and choose their house
cleaner based on customer reviews and profiles. After all, this is the reason why people love Amazon
and Airbnb. A new approach was needed for the cleaning sector, a “Tinder for cleaning” that
