Each cleaner sets their own hourly rate based on their experience and number of reviews. The price for one-off and regular services varies according to the hourly rate of the selected professional. Because we disintermediate agencies the average cost of hiring a cleaner through our platform is substantially below the average cost in London of £16.29 per hour. The Express Service is charged at a fixed rate per hour. Everything is included in the price per hour that you see when you are booking. The total cost is simply the hourly price of the professional multiplied by the number of hours worked. If you request your cleaner to bring cleaning supplies, there is an additional hourly charge for usage of supplies. There is no extra hourly charge for additional services such as ironing, oven or fridge cleaning. The additional time required for these services is charged at the same hourly rate as general house cleaning. When booking extra services, ensure that sufficient time is included in the total booking time. Bookings or sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session start time without any charge.
